DATE OF MEETING: December 8, 2001

The meeting was called to order at 1:05 p.m. by President Amy Ruell. Following introductions, the minutes were read and approved as written.

Amy announced that both Jaws 4.01 beta, and Acrobat Reader 5.05 are now available for download.

She reminded us that there would be a month when the facilities at NBP would not be available to us for our meeting. She stated that she had checked with the library and that one of the conference rooms we had hoped to use was not available but that she would check with the library again regarding available useable space once we knew which month we needed to use an alternate facility.

John Mattioli requested that if people knew of specific portions of Windows XP they wished to learn more about that they contact him prior to next month's XP presentation.

Amy also told people about the eSight career development seminars and encouraged people to check out the website

Amy reminded people that it was time to renew VIBUG memberships and that people who wished to learn more about paying their dues via credit card could check the link on the VIBUG Website.

The business portion of the meeting was adjourned at 1:25 p.m., and all participated in VIBUG's annual holiday Party.
