Minutes for the VIBUG Meeting of February 11, 2006

The meeting began at 1:03 with introductions. Then Mika Pyyhkala gave a demonstration of podcasting. At about 3:20 the business meeting began with a reading of the January 14 minutes, which were approved.

Amy said that at the VIBUG website, you can find minutes with URL'S for products, etc., mentioned in the minutes that the clerk reads at meetings. The survey form is also at the Website, and Steve Dresser was thanked for his work on it.

Next month's demonstration will be on the IRS tax-filing system, and will be presented by Dennis Brady and Steve Dresser. Amy will be in California, so Ted will preside.

Again, Amy reminded members to get dues to Jim Roberts. Announcements included the following:

IRS Alternative Media is testing a digital talking book that contains basic tax information, and they want feedback on its usefulness; Dennis Brady was asked to bring copies to the next VIBUG meeting.
