Bob Resnick, Treasurer told all that dues can be paid via the Paypal Link on our website with either Paypal or a credit card. If anyone wishes to pay by check, please contact him at treasurer@vibug.org Our treasurery is in good standing.

Jerry Berrier reported that a letter will soon be sent to people who are still on our membership list but have not paid dues in some time. They will be told that we would love to have them as members, but if dues are not paid within 30 days they will be removed from our Vibug Support List. He also talked about the Vibug Support List and the Vibug Announce list.

Jeanette Kutash stated that she appreciates people muting themselves when not speaking, as the background noise makes it harder to accurately transcribe minutes.

Tim Cumings reported that the website has been updated and he is appreciating that he does not have to transport all the audio equipment back and forth to VIBUG Meetings. He also described our audio set-up for both in-person and on-line meetings.

Frank reminded people that membership dues pays for keeping equipment updated, (maintaining licenses, etc.), microphones, mixers, and even the zoom license to run on-line meetings, and thanked all who have paid dues.

Following questions and answers, Steve Dresser and Amy Ruell demonstrated the ElBraille.

Heather Thomas described what a few common screens in windows applications look like to sighted people.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:45 p.m.

Respectfully submitted, Jeanette Kutash, Vibug Clerk
